The virtues of green tea are numerous. It is rich in antioxidant and detoxifying power. It is also an excellent stimulant for body and mind. Finally, it helps to combat the effects of heat in summer and provides a sense of well-being.

Maté is a tree close to the holly, growing in South America, only the leaves are harvested, dried and very slightly roasted. It makes it possible to prepare an energizing, powerful and long-lasting drink.

It also promotes concentration and helps to stay fit throughout the day. These special energy properties are made possible by the combination of caffeine and theobromine (another energy molecule).

Unlike coffee, maté does not cause a peak of excitement or a "bar stroke". It is « green gold » South America. Often called « Brazil tea » or « Tea from Paraguay ».

The virtues of rooibos are numerous. Rooibos contains very powerful antioxidants, it is rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium and trace elements such as manganese and copper. It is therefore perfect for people with anemia or lack of energy, because it will boost their body thanks to its nutritional richness.

It also contains fluorine that acts by attaching in the enamel of the teeth, so it makes them more resistant to the different attacks and aggressions of the bacteria.

Moreover, unlike tea, it does not yellow teeth, nor stain them, for it does not contain any theine. A drink to consume without moderation!
