Behind this artisanal roasting, there are Christophe and Esma, two lovers of specialty coffee. Christophe, a great grain lover and expert in roasting, roasts coffee on site in Agde, with precision and demand. Each coffee is crafted to reveal its aromas, balance and personality.
Along with him, Esma shares the same vision: offer a quality, authentic and accessible artisanal coffee. Together, they form a complementary duo, driven by a single mission: to offer coffee lovers in and around Agde a locally roasted coffee specialty, with passion and transparency.
The adventure does not live solo: the team has three enthusiasts, all engaged in the search for just taste and well-made work.
To go further than roasting, Christophe and Esma went to meet the origins of coffee. Mexico, Thailand, Bali, Indonesia... From trips to the heart of plantations, to the discovery of producers and terroirs, to select exceptional coffee beans and better understand each origin.
So yes, some mornings in Agde, it smells like roasted coffee. But it's normal: coffee here is artisanal, local and roasted with the heart
