Rooibos grows only in sandy lands in South Africa. It's not about tea, because rooibos is not from tea. This little thorny short cut to the serpette offers us, however, roasted (red rooibos) or (green rooibos), a delicious infusion. It contains no theine and can be consumed throughout the day. It is an increasingly consumed beverage in Europe.
