This mix of Chinese black tea and green tea tip is flavored with mango, lemongrass, chamomile and lavender, sprinkled with blueberry flowers and rose petals. A vibrant recipe, like a melody by Josephine!
Black tea is actually called by the Chinese « red tea ». Indeed, like Europeans, Chinese are based on the colour of the liqueur and not on the leaf. Mostly consumed in Europe, black tea appeared a little accidentally during the 17th century. Indeed, the tea trade at the time between China and England (turning plate of the tea trade in Europe) was mainly done by boat. The tea imported green at the base, spending several months in the wet holds of the ships arrived at destination having undergone fermentation and oxidation, passing the leaves from green to black. Far from displeasing, Europeans were quickly conquered by this drink. In addition to the accidental anecdote, it would seem more that the Chinese have worked the leaves differently before making them travel so that they better resist the conditions.
Composition : black tea, almond*, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom seeds, cardamom pods, vanilla, aromas, blueberry petals, caramel (sugar, Condensed milk*, glucose syrup, butter, humectant E420, emulsifier E471), orange bark, candula petals.
