Ce café est produit dans la région de Djimma, au sud ouest du pays et province historique de KAFFA en Ethiopie.

Le café d'Ethiopie pousse entre 1000 et 1200 mètres d’altitude il est récolté de Octobre a Février. Les variétés botaniques présentes sont le typica et l'Arabica. Le processus de nettoyage est un Water process ainsi en tirer les meilleures récoltes.
