Ce café de Tanzanie provient des régions montagneuses et haut plateaux du sud du pays, plus communément appelé la vallée du Grand Rift. Il offre un profil en tasse fruité et intensément savoureux.
La notation AA corresponds à la taille de son grain exceptionnel, beaucoup utilisé dans les pays d'Afrique tels que la Tanzanie et le Kenya afin de designer un calibre de grain généreux.
Situées au sud du pays les récoltes bordent le lac Malawi a une attitude entre 1400 m et 1600 m juste au dessus du niveau de la mer ce qui est idéal pour les cafés Arabica de type Kent, Bourbon.
