ETHIOPIA Goma nature coffee is collected in the same name, by two exporters Mohamed Ali and Ahmed Abbatemam, who are children of the country. This coffee is produced by small farmers in the name of Jimma, one of the most famous in Ethiopia. Coffee has been produced here for centuries by farmers with traditional know-how, who perpetuate a regional agricultural heritage. Goma's coffee makers come from the wild forest of Choche, which the legend considers as the place of origin of the coffee. The cultivated plots are located at about 2000m altitude. They are developed by farmers according to a model of polyculture that combines food and commercial production. Coffee is a major culture in this area and farmers are trying to maintain its reputation.
