MEXICO CHIAPAS WITHOUT SOLVENT 100% ARABICA

MEXICOLocated in southwestern Mexico, the Chiapas region was Quatémaltec before 1824. Its contrasting relief includes coastal areas, valleys, mountains and tropical forests. It is one of Mexico's most important producing regions. It benefits from exceptional bioclimatic conditions that allowed it to develop rich and diverse agriculture on nearly 20% of its land. Chiapas' main products are coffee, bananas, cocoa, maize, mango, but also honey, cane sugar or peppers. This region is very reputed for cocoa. It is also in Chiapas that there are many indigenous communities: Mayas, Tseltal, Tzotzil, Ch'ol, Tojol-ab... Coffee plantations are most often family and there are more and more solidarity cooperatives. In short, it is an extremely rich region of culinary, cultural and geographical diversity.
