This coffee comes from several small producers that border the Dry Mill of Santa Rosa, Pueblo Nuevo Vinas, in the Nuevo Oriente region.
This area is often rainy. Formerly volcanic, it has mineral-rich soils, allowing plantations to flourish and produce complex coffees.
Why the name Nueva Rosa?
This is the concentration of the name of the burger of Santa Rosa and the Neuvo Oriente region.
